Huron Debate Team

The Huron Debate Team is a newer club offered at Huron. The team focuses on teaching students formal styles of debate, specifically Model United Nations (MUN) debate. We debate any and all topics ranging from genetic mutation to Doctor Who and the relevance of Monarchy to Nuclear Disarmament. Debate teaches public speaking, critical thinking, and teamwork; it is a fun and interesting way to practice skills and learn new things.
